History of Successful Innovations
Founded in 1905 in Brooklyn, NY, Eclipse is one of the oldest names of the bedding industry and was the originator of the sleep sofa. Eclipse developed the clinically proven and patented Spinal Zone and Lumbar Zone systems and also maintains over 200 trademarks worldwide. In May 2000, Stuart Carlitz, President of Therapedic Sleep Products of New Jersey purchased Eclipse and all intellectual properties.
